With all that was going on in the World, recently Syria and Iraq and Yemen, we have witnessed so many wars, which has created so many refugees fleeing terror and brutality. Here we see in my painting a story of friends or family helping each other. The Earth is exploding around them. There is fear and determination in their eyes. In wars do we think of the suffering of animals? No we do not. Animals Matter. Stop exploitation of animals, we are all animals. To redeem ourselves we must treat animals as we would want to be treated ourselves. Some humans live in harmony with animals and nature.
