Emily Racioppi (born 1990) is an abstract artist who lives and creates her work in San Francisco. Racioppi fell in love with art during her first trip to Paris in 1995. It was during her visit to The Louvre where she felt completely captivated by the work of Monet. Since then she has continued to practice her art as an amateur artist. Racioppi is almost entirely self-taught and learns from studying the work of artists that inspire her.
Most of her work to date are custom commissioned pieces. In addition to being an active member in her local art community, Racioppi is strong advocate for using social media platforms to brand herself as an up and coming artist. She believes that being a “millennial artist” opens doors that were never available before to amateur artists. Her current work highlights her use of mixed media techniques.
