Artist Resume of Dia Makeen

Dia Makeen (born in Cairo, 1953) - Graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts - Department of Interior Architecture in 1976.

Dia had designed supervision and project management for many innovative projects, tourism projects, villages and theme parks in Egypt and in many countries of the world.

Dia had the coloring of the interior decoration and walls of the Mosque of President Al-Saleh in Sanaa, Yemen, where is the third largest mosque and the highest domes in the world.

Participated in many projects by world renowned institutions such as:

  • The Crystal Mosque in Malaysia is the first of its kind in the world. - Design for the unique and first in the world "TTI" the Islamic Art and architectural show and Theme Park (Edutainment Park) in Malaysia
  • The first Arabic artist exhibited his works in Harrods of London.
  • More than 41 Art exhibitions in Egypt and abroad.
