Acrylic on Paper
56cm x 76cm
Pensive woman standing in an evening landscape with clearing sky and two magical light-filled trees. Her intricately painted dress is also full of rainbow colours to mirror the subtle rainbow highlights in her hair and in her long lashes and around her eyes. Light and energy form a suggestion of a veil, and light falling from her hair falls into, and forms the tree on her right. A subtle suggestion of a tree sits at her heart, all but hidden in the pattern of her dress. Painted in Winsor & Newton professional acrylics with highlighted of Caran d'Ache pencils on heavy 300gsm Somerset paper. Available unframed. Signed bottom left.
