Dipti Pandey
Dipti Pandey is an Indian artist, who was born and brought up near the suburbs of Mumbai city. Now she is based in one of the suburbs of Mumbai. Dipti completed her formal education from two states of India., gaining a Diploma in Fine Arts from Mumbai and Post Diploma in Fine Arts from Gujarat. Her distinctive style is based on minimalism and she generally likes to work in mixed media.

Artist Statement
Most of my works are based on abstract minimalism. While eliminating non required things from the surface I go into a meditative state. We all want to reduce unwanted things from our lives. This is what I am trying to express in my painting. This is a conversation with myself even if I am surrounded with by a crowd.
